There was a time when i was able to do 2×100 push ups, with very short pause between reps.
O yea well i can do…. no one cares i did 87 in one minute with no rest and no resting on the ground imagine wat i could do in 3 mins with resting my knees on the ground and that was like 5 months ago im alot stronger now

I’m really dissapointed on my performance…..I was only able to get 78
. I can dish out 51 in one minute locking my elbows, but after that I just die!

@fatlosslifestyle o your thing said in 3 minutesl i can do 80 pushups in one set lol in 3 mins umm easily over 150. for my bodyweight im a tank
@fatlosslifestyle i can do 80 pushups and im 298 pounds and 5 foot 10, if i lost all my fat id e like 250
Dude!!! I totally just did the 3 min challenge and got 79 my first try!! I’ve been up for like 20 hours, so I’m going to try it again in the morning!! I’ll be sure to catch a video of it and see how it goes! Wish me luck. =)
